All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines in any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. If between the date of order and date of arrival, the laws of your state change so as to make it illegal to receive the shipment, you can return the order for a full refund. We will utilize the least expensive means of shipping unless expressly told otherwise. We do not profit from any shipping or packaging costs. What we pay is what you pay. Shipping charge includes shipping cost and Adult signature collection fee. Sorry, but we can not ship to PO boxes.
Important Notes about Vendome Shipping:
You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Vendome Wine & Spirits. All shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” Sticker. Valid identification with proof of age is required at time of delivery.
We make every attempt to process and ship you order as soon as possible. Please note there are a few reasons that may delay your order from being shipped immediately.
– It takes time to pull your order together and have it packed and shipped. The time between when you place your order and when it is shipped is between 24 to 36 hours depending when the order is placed and product availability.
– Items ordered may be temporarily unavailable but due in within a few days. In this case we may hold your order and wait for the item or items to arrive. In this case we will attempt to have a store manager to contact you.
– If weather conditions are too severe and we believe items may be damaged in transit we will attempt to ship at the beginning of each week, therefor items are more likely to arrive to you before the weekend. Due to having no control or environmental or carriers’ warehouse conditions this is sometimes necessary to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
NOTE – If you have selected a specific shipping method other than Ground, such as 2-Day Air, your order may not arrive two days later. Orders are processed within 24 to 36 hours. However, your order will be send via 2-Day Air through our carrier.
During summer and winter months, when weather is not ideal for shipping perishable items, we attempt to ship at the beginning of each week to insure delivery before the weekend. Because we have no control over the temperature conditions of our carriers’ warehouses. Your orders are processed, packaged, and scheduled for delivery within 24 to 48 hours but may be delayed until weather conditions for shipping improve.
Local delivery, same day, next day, and in store pick up.
Local same day delivery is available to the Burbank, Toluca Lake, North Hollywood, Studio City and surrounding valley areas if ordered before 11:00am. Next day delivery are available to Southern California, from San Diego to Santa Barbara, and must be completed before 3:00 pm to guarantee next day delivery. Can Vendome Wine & Spirits ship to my state?
We are able to ship WINE ONLY to the following states:
Alaska, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington D.C. and Wyoming.
Distilled spirits and Beer can be shipped to California only.
We’ve set-up flat rate shipping charges and in most instances, this will be sufficient. However, depending on the size and weight of your order, the shipping charges may increase. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipping for your authorization.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped with in 24 to 36 hours.
If One-Day shipping is requested will my order arrive next day?
Orders take approximately 24 to 36 hours for processing. Selecting One-Day or 2-Day Shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. If you require same day or expedited service, please call us at 818-952-4084.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days.
If a package is visibly damaged upon receipt, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery of your order, please contact store manager at 818-952-4084 before returning any merchandise. We will assist you to make returns and exchanges as stress free as possible.
